Stepping On

September 22nd - November 3rd

7 Sessions, Tuesdays, 1:30 p.m - 3:330p.m.

Stepping On is a well researched evidence-based program for older adults at risk for falls.  

During this 7 week course, you will learn:

Simple balance and strength exercises that are fun

The role vision plays in keeping your balance

How medications can contribute to falls

Ways to stay safe when out and about in the community

What to look for in safe footwear

How to check your home for safety
