Little House, Roslyn G. Morris Activity Center

Peninsula Volunteers Little House provides education programs and classes to all members of the community, regardless of age. Little House was originally founded in 1949 to serve Seniors 50 years and older. Today, Little House provides a way of life based on the belief that no matter what their age, people have not done all the things they would like to do, met all the people they care to know, contributed all they could to the health and welfare of their community nor learned all they want to learn.

From organized classes and workshops to a variety of hobbies and games, members quickly discover that there simply aren't enough days in the week to sample all the opportunities available to them.

Along with the daily lunch program and weekly movies, there are trips and tours, birthday parties, dances and holiday celebrations. There is a computer instruction and lab program and a variety of health screening and lectures.

Little House offers information, referrals and services to meet a number of senior concerns including health insurance, legal and tax assistance, housing information, long term care, support groups, estate financial planning, and social work.

Little House, provided by Peninsula Volunteers, is located in Nealon Park, conveniently near train and bus lines, El Camino Real and the Stanford Shopping Center.
