Health and Support Services
Health and Support services provide multiple services to families, caregivers, and participants. These services include initial and ongoing medical, emotional, and social support to participants and their families.
Nursing
- Health monitoring by a registered nurse.
- Initiates an individualized plan of care for each participant.
- Ongoing health education.
- Orientation groups for new participants.
Social Services
- Individual and family counseling.
- Family/caregiver support groups.
- Information and referral to community resources.
- Education workshops.
Support Services
- Group physical therapy provided by a licensed physical therapist.
- Speech therapy provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist.
- Occupational therapy with licensed occupational therapist.
- Nutritious hot lunches and snacks.
- Transportation assistance provided.
