Volunteers are the heart of our organization. They support all our programs from our headquarters in Menlo Park and enhance our services in the mid-Peninsula. Whether it's Meals on Wheels, Rosener House or Little House, Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. has many ways for you to get involved!

To become a Volunteer:
Complete the volunteer application as described below and submit it for review. After reviewing your application, we will contact you to set up an interview/orientation.
Download and print the SIGNATURE FORMS pages. Sign these and bring them with you to the interview.
For Meals on Wheels new prospects ONLY: Complete and sign the BACKGROUND CHECK RELEASE and bring with a Driver's License and proof of insurance to the interview.

Little House Activity Center
Have a little time? Lots of ways to help!
- Front Desk Greeters: Greet members with a smile, give them directions and information.
- Cafe Lunch Servers: Help get cafe ready for lunch service.
Most assignments are 2 - 3 hours, on a once/week basis, Mon. - Fri.
Rosener House Adult Day Services
Activities Program Volunteer
- Administrative Support
- Assist staff with various activities that include:
- Serving lunch
- Arts and Crafts
- Data Entry and Office help
- Performances; Singers, dancers, musicians
- Baking and Cooking
- Socializing with participants
Meals on Wheels (serving South San Mateo County ONLY)
Volunteer Drivers needed! Check in on a homebound senior. Bring a meal and a smile!
- Deliver once a week or on-call, Mon- Fri, 9:30am-12pm, to 10-15 clients in the mid-Peninsula area. Pick up meals from our Menlo Park facility by 9:30am. Volunteers provide their own cars, gas, proof of insurance and release for background check. Minimum 6 month commitment preferred.

Report to the Director of Community Volunteer Program at Peninsula Volunteers, Inc. which engages over 200 volunteers in 3 programs for seniors. Position requires 6-8hr/wk; some projects may be done remotely.

The Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Support the Rosener House Walkers and the Alzheimer’s Association at the “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” on September 20, 2014. San Francisco, Mission Creek Park (5th and Berry, near Caltrain station) Check-In opens 8 am. Walk starts 10 am.
